It truly was our very own “Mama Mia” island wedding

When I got engaged in Botswana my husband to be was adamant that we had to get married on the magical island of Ithaca, the island where my grandmother was born and raised and also an island very close to my heart. Panic set in as I was unsure as to how I was going to plan a wedding from South Africa in 9 months. I came across Cleopatra’s website and had a Skype session with her regarding my ideas and it was from that moment onwards that I knew I had put our dream day into very capable hands. Cleopatra was amazing from day one until my wedding. We sent many emails and WhatsApps back and forth and she totally got our style and what we wanted for our special day. Nothing was too much to ask. Cleopatra responded quickly and paid close attention to every detail. Cleopatra also liaised with all the service providers and sent through all the quotes timeously for us to consider which took away a lot of stress. On the day I was a little anxious whether everything would materialise as we had envisaged… but every single thing (from the flowers, transfers, food, DJ) totally exceeded our expectations. Cleopatra was supportive and made sure our wedding ran smoothly so that Jonathan and I could be present and take in our special day without worrying about the behind the scenes organisation. Her love, support and organisation shone through and reflected in the outcome of our day – which all 100 of our guests cannot stop raving about! It truly was our very own “Mama Mia” island wedding – something out of a film and that only fairytales are made of. We are eternally grateful to Cleopatra for helping us organise the wedding of our dreams and we can not recommend her enough!”
