Inspirations for a flamingo wedding
Oh yes! We love Flamingos! We love the mix of pink and greenery by the sea!
A wedding with a flamingo theme can definetely be combined with a beach venue.
For those who have dreamed a flamingo wedding theme and for those who haven’t yet, dispose some time and have a look at the following post meeting tropical wedding proposals.
First of all, prepare your guests with a first sense of your wedding theme. Use a pallete of hot pink stationery and RSVP cards. Add some flamingos! Here are some ideas.
What about your wedding dress? I recommend simple lines, similar to bohemian style, anything free with lace or knitted. Crop-tops are also great!
Here are some proposals below from the fashion designer Nidodileda http://www.nidodileda.com.
Bridal bouquet doesn’t have to be totally pink. Play with a soft pallet of pink and give emphasis to a vibrant flower halo!
In a flamingo theme, try to use exotic fruits and flowers to your decoration. For instance, pinaples (colored or natural), monstera leaves, palm leaves, paradise plant, heliconia plant and any seasonal pink flower.
Have a nice dessert table with cupcakes and juice in your welcome table.
In terms of the ceremony decor, if you choose a beach venue (which is ideal) the aisle decor of the ceremony could be with palm leaves applied on the sand or nice arrangements with pineapples and tropical flowers and by the end of the aisle an exotic flower arch. On the other hand, bear in mind there are also beautiful roofs with stunning sea views where your wedding ceremony can be held and tailored your flamingo decor with pink details on small bouquets or soft pink pom-poms and lot of greenery.
The table decoration on your reception could easily be right away your theme by having 2 items together. For example, a base of a pineapple with pink flowers inside and a leaf of monstera underneath and you have your exotic table theme. Tip: try to use colored glasswares, dishwares and napkins.
A nice idea is to have an open bar where your guests can take their tropical coctails and why not inspired your own tropical wedding coctail and treat them?
Create easily a photobooth with paper flowers or have a decored corner so can everyone enjoy shooting with party props during the party!
Have some small favors with thank you cards for your guests so they can always remember your special wedding!
Hope you enjoyed my ideas!
Wish you a perfect flamingo wedding!
